Otter-Chan (Engineer)

Adds one of my autistic OCs into TF2 by replacing the Engineer. She worked on an oil rig, so she obviously knows how to build automated sentry guns.

Installation Instructions:

Extract the .zip, and take the mod folder and drag it into the custom/ directory in your TF2 folder. You might need Casual Preloader to make it work on other servers.
